Don't you think it's kind of mean to be doing this? I know you have your views, but could you make them a tiny bit nicer? Maybe not being so mean. Maybe (if you haven't tried this) try and PM her about the entire thing. She might be able to state her side of the story, and show actual proof of actual work that isn't tracing in your opinion.
I know that you may be mad at waterbender for whatever reason. I won't stand in your way of the entire argument, I just don't like fights. So, if you could try to just be a little bit nicer...it's really sad to see people argue. Even over the internet. It's just not right.
So, I'm sorry if I offended you. I'm sorry if anyone in general has offended you. Can you tell me your side of the story? I know that you think it's copyright, but other people may not. Remember it's their point of you. I am in no way trying to defend or offend the comic or anyone. I'd just rather have a friendly environment on DA.
Anyway, I'd like to hear your side of the story. And I hope I didn't offend you, or anyone.

If W196 hadn't silenced all criticism, you would have seen my side of the story in the comments by now.
In a nutshell, I, and many others have been in a rage over the miss Diaz' "work" for a slew of reasons. She is claiming copyright on intellectual property that his not hers (the photos as well as the characters) because she says the "composition" of the story is hers. She can't own the compostion, as she cals it, because it is made up of other artists work, which she hs not got the premission yo use. Apart from this, she is an incredibly lazy artist, tracing directly from screenshots, presumably taken from avatarspirit.net, and proceeded to butcher the entire cast of the series, as well as the setting (Avatar is set in a world that is entirely based ofEatern culture).
Aside from this, as a person, she is thoroughly unpleasant to deal with. Any crtitcism is hidden as soon as she can, and those critics are blocked from argueing further. She has so far stopped blocking me because I, and others, have pointed out time and again that it is incredibly easy to return to Deviantart.

oh - additionally, put up or shut up, in regards to that otherwise irksome avatar lady. I hate all these people but there's not time enough in the day to argue with them all. This site is for your ART not your raging battles.

Ow. My pride. One of my teachers advised against making a DA acount, due to the rampant art theft (not that I'd presume to think my work is anything special). Once I get better, coceptart is where I'll post some stuff. Deviantart is, imo, run very poorly, and as you can see by my own profile, there is little in the way of quality control. I'm pretty much done with the arguement with W196 and her pre-teen fans, regardless, and the others have relaxed as well. W196 was a particularly rageworthy target, but the situation seems to have run it's course and I have served my purpose in it.
In addition, thank you for favouriting the pic of Joe Pinapples. The ABC Warriors is a favoutite of mine. I did not intend on making an acount here without showing that I could draw to some degree.
